さて、唐突ですみません。板蔵です。
国府町宇津江、しぶきの湯のちょっと手前に板倉の移築作業が進んでいます。
オーナーはとうに還暦を過ぎた方ですが、描いた夢を板蔵で叶えようとしています。
板蔵の補修はもとより、併設の調理場についても金物一切なしの伝統工法で進められています。
いまは地元の腕利き大工さんの刻みの最中です。
営業開始も楽しみですが建築過程についても大いに楽しませてもらいます。
